It’s gonna be a fun transfer.

Sorry it’s so short but we had to travel today... totally ate Chinese that was good for the first time in Mexico. #pumped

A Year!!!

Don’t know if you remember but it feels like yesterday when I was saying I have a week and its going by so fast! Now I have a year and I don’t even know what’s going on! I only know that I speak Spanish! That’s cool! the other day I had a dream that I was at home and it was so real I even thought to myself in the dream wow the mission went by really fast and then I woke up and I was still here so I still gotta work!

This week was honestly so good! We didn’t work a whole lot which was kind of a bummer. We went to Guadalajara to sign our visas and I did get to see my buddies from the mtc! It was way fun! One of my friends elder Anglesy and I stayed up all night talking and telling jokes and I have not laughed harder in my whole time here. It was so fun. It was a nice time to be able to catch up and then we went and signed our visas and you’ll never guess what I found.... if we are close you will know how crazy I was about this I FOUND AN ICEE MACHINE THAT HAD a GREAT BIG 32 OZ ICEE READY FOR ME! I WENT CRAZY! AND IT WAS IN A DEPARTMENT STORE?! LIKE WHAAAA???? IT WAS SO AWESOME!!

So that was the highlight of the week and everything else was like normal. I’m loving the mission and I really am so happy here. Sometimes I have bad days of course but nothing can beat the good days.

Normal Week! Woo! - Written November 30, 2015

So this week was super normal!!! 

We had a lesson this last week with some investigators who really were not progressing and we decided to really search there doubt of the church. This time we found it and it was the book of Mormon. They had only come to church one time. that was like a month ago and then we had another lesson with them and we have really been trying to focus on their needs and we both felt impressed to teach about obedience and when we finished our lesson he told us that he asked god to show him how he can love him and so we showed him the scripture that says if you love me keep my commandments. It was so awesome and the spirit was so strong and then they went to church on Sunday and they are now loving the church and progressing. I honestly love the people here. They are so nice and they give me bread when I’m hungry.... literally bread and it’s so good here. 

I have an addiction that’s super bad... it’s to some little things called donites.... they are little powdered sugar covered donuts that are so delicious and I just want to have them all the time. But when I don’t eat them I get skinny and when I do eat them nothing happens... and now you see my problem.... I love them. 

Any ways it’s been great here. And my comp before the mission was a semi professional boxer and went undefeated so that’s cool and he is teaching me a little bit. Anyways
